Daniel Harb
Principal Solicitor
Daniel Harb, the Principal of the firm, established DPH Law Group in 2021 after establishing his law firm, DPH Lawyers in Peakhurst Sydney, and having practised in prominent law firms within the St George regions of Sydney and in Brisbane, Queensland.
Daniel grew up and attended school in the St George area in Sydney where he has developed a network of friends, colleagues and associates of which he values greatly – striving to deliver prodigious results for his clients.
Daniel commenced his legal studies at the University of Sydney. Part way through his studies, Daniel relocated to the University of New England in Armidale, where he proudly graduated with a Commerce degree and a Law degree. Daniel also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the NSW College of Law.
Daniel was admitted to legal practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and solicitor of the High Court of Australia in October 1998.
Director
Damien Ash
Damien is a company director with over 20 years’ experience across several industries including agriculture, retail, professional services, and property. He focuses strongly on growth, and business sustainability. Damien maintains an operational interest in several business with a financial focus, including capital raising for new and existing operations to facilitate growth through infrastructure and talent investment. Damien is currently a board member and advisor of several privately held companies and is co-founder of DPH Law Group.
Licensed Conveyancer
Marie Bove
Marie has over 20 years of experience in conveyancing, graduating from the Conveyancing Law and Practice programme at Macquarie University. Marie is also a Justice of the Peace.
Marie has extensive knowledge in sale and purchases, deed of partitions, mortgages, and other areas of conveyancing. She has excellent rapport with her clients and always makes sure they feel comfortable and well-informed about their matters during what is normally a stressful time in their lives.
Marie enjoys walking her dogs in the local area and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dawn Harb
As a qualified music teacher Dawn is well versed in managing students and performers which gives her great insight and skills in managing the personalities that exist within a law firm.
Dawn is the firms office manager and maintains all trust account records. Dawn has continued in this role since the firm’s inception in 2006 which remains an important and integral part of the firm.
Dawn also continues her teaching as the Head of Academics for an elite ballet school and continues to assist students with private music lessons to achieve their personal goals.
Conveyancer
Kim Stapleton
Kim began his professional career in the Royal Australian Navy before moving to P&O, where he served as Chief Officer in several of their tankers and bulk carriers. He has managed the IT department for a contract aerosol filling business in western Sydney and several business units for a Canadian multi-national IT company.
He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business and Technology from UNSW and has graduated from the Conveyancing Law and Practice programme at Macquarie University. Kim is also a Justice of the Peace.
Kim joined the Conveyancing team this year where he quickly demonstrated his methodical and well organised, process driven mindset. He has excellent customer relationship skills and enjoys delivering results to his customers.
Kim assists in all areas of conveyancing including sales, purchasing and off-plan transactions.
Outside of work Kim indulges his passion for classic and vintage cars as well as model railways and he enjoys the occasional game of ten-pin bowling.
